Refund and Returns Policy Overview

At Aura Society, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the steps to initiate a return or refund for your order.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 15 days of receiving your item(s).
To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In their original packaging

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for refund or return processing.


Return Process

Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is damaged or defective.

Return Address

Since we operate as a dropshipping store within India, specific return instructions and addresses will be provided after contacting customer service.


Damaged or Defective Items

If the product received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide a photo of the damaged or defective item, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized items

  • Gift cards and vouchers

  • Final sale or clearance items


Return & Refund Policies

  • No returns are accepted for general reasons; however, exchanges are available if there is a genuine issue.

  • The parcel must be sent back at the customer’s cost.

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we can dispatch the replacement parcel.

  • Every pair dispatched is personally checked by us before shipping, so there should be no issues with quality or condition.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Rejected Refunds: If items are found ineligible, we will notify you via email.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank for any processing delays.
